  • Our package includes a very professional team consisting of a manager, assistant manager, a doorman and two waiting staff.
  • We will ensure everything runs smoothly leaving you time to enjoy your party with your guests.
  • We can also arrange additional services at very competitive rates.

    • Itinerary of services & running order
    • Advice on room layout (with help on the day) laminated plan provided
    • Positioning of decorations – can be booked through BDD Events
    • Supervising additional services on the day – can be booked through BDD Events

    • Guest list for Doormen
    • We can also provide room Decor/furniture/bar/entertainment/canapes & Buffet – prices upon application

Provided on the day of your party

    • Staff available 5 hours during your party (plus setup prior)

    • Staff dressed in black and identified by their BDD Events badge.
    • Staff will serve your welcome drinks and top up drinks for guests throughout
    • Staff briefed on your canapés, buffet & beverages.
    • Display and replenish your buffet & beverages when needed
    • Your beverages can be served from a hired bar – price upon application (please note an Alcohol License may be required – check with venue) 
    • We provide black drinks trays & silver canapé trays, bottle openers – (On hire during service) – quality black platters, plates, napkins.
